100% Price Match Guarantee

We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price with the same great service let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference, as long as the claim meets all the conditions listed below.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

1. You must first purchase the item on Bagsdefined.co.uk before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
2. Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible.
3. The item must be currently available in the same size, style and colour that it is on Bagsdefined.co.uk, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site.
4. The Price Match Guarantee applies to items sold via Web sites only, not via brick-and-mortar stores.
5. The Web site must not be an auction site, a discount site, Amazon.co.uk or a paid-membership club.
6. The Web site must be designed primarily for UK customers.
7. The price difference applies to a full price item not including any sale items, special offers or promotions, and does not include VAT.
8. We will take into account any additional charges, such as delivery charges, when calculating the competitor’s price for purposes of the price match guarantee.
9. You must purchase the item on Bagsdefined.co.uk to file a claim for 100% price match guarantee, and you must find the same item at a lower price on a competitor site within 14 days of the Bagsdefined.co.uk order date. The Bagsdefined.co.uk price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item.
10. If you filed a claim for price reduction on Bagsdefined.co.uk within 14 days of order date, we will refund you 100% of the price difference. 
11. There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item, meaning that once you have submitted your first claim for any particular item, you cannot make a subsequent claim for the same item based on any other price that you have seen.
12. The Price Match Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use and does not apply to purchases for resale or other commercial purposes.
