What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
Please check this information and read through the following options:
• If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
• If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
• If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
• In some cases orders delivered within the UK may take 1-3 days for arrival -- please review your order confirmation which will state if you are in an area which requires additional transit time.
What is the returns policy for Internationaly Delivered Items?
Our Guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition for a full refund. Please return all items to our office at
